Akrotiri Sternes 1961This video takes place in what appears to be Akrotiri, Crete, Greece, which is a peninsula outside of the city of Chania. I am advised that this scene takes place at the monastery of the Holy Trinity in Akrotiri. There is a celebration there, which I would love to learn more about.Towards the end the movie moves on to Sternes at the home of Kosta Verganelakis. Early in the video, Themistocle Tsouchlarakis is featured with his family and friends, as well as the sichorosmenos Antonis Panagirakis who is the dancing Chorofilaka.Beyond these few faces, I don't know anyone else in the video.
